Terms and Conditions for the Giveaway

1. Eligibility: Open to residents of the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, New Zealand, and Australia only, aged 16 years or older. Entrants must have a public Instagram profile and allow content sharing and direct messaging.
2. Promotion Period: The giveaway starts on Wednesday April 3rd, 2024, and ends at midnight PST on Wednesday April 17th 2024.
3. Entry Requirements: Participants must purchase the "Strong Curves Cookbook", recreate a recipe, post a photo of the dish with the book on their IG feed and story, follow @shelleydarlington, and tag the account in their post and story. Multiple entries are permitted.
4. Winner Selection and Announcement: One winner will be selected through a random draw and announced on Friday April 19th, 2024, on @shelleydarlington's IG story and feed. The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram.
5. Prize Claim: The winner must provide their email address, full name, and shipping address by midnight PST on Monday April 22nd 2024, to claim their prize.
6. Prize: The winner will receive Strong Curves fitness equipment valued at $150AUD, including; Strong Curves Booty Bands, Strong Curves Barbell Pad, Strong Curves Fabric Hip Bands, and Strong Curves Ankle Straps. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Privacy: By participating, entrants agree to allow @shelleydarlington to share their posts and stories for promotional purposes.
8. Liability Release: By participating, entrants release @shelleydarlington, Instagram, and all other social media platforms from any responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the giveaway.
9. Changes and Cancellation: @shelleydarlington reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary.
10. Acknowledgment: Participation in the giveaway constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
