Shipping Policy
Orders for products placed directly on shelleydarlington.com are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Australia within 1-3 business days. Shipping times after processing are:
- Australia: 3-7 business days
- New Zealand: 5-10 business days
- USA & Canada: 7-14 business days
- Rest of World: 10-21 business days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Third-Party Shipments
Some products are shipped by third-party retailers like Amazon. For those orders, the shipping policies of the respective third-party apply. You will be able to view their shipping details during checkout on their website.
Tax, Duty & Customs Changes
Customers located internationally may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or custom charges. Goods Damaged/Lost In Transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact support as soon as possible. Shelley Darlington PTY Ltd will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to our office or manufacturer and a replacement of the product to be provided (subject to availability). Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals. You must notify Shelley Darlington PTY Ltd of the damage within 48 hours of delivery providing full details of the damage along with your order/invoice number.
